Six week wheel class ages 18 and up.
In this class, you’ll learn fundamental pottery techniques, including throwing on the potter’s wheel, trimming, and glazing. Please note that hand-building is not covered.
I also offer advanced classes for experienced potters. If you’ve completed at least one beginner class and have a good grasp of centering, you may join an intermediate or advanced class. Classes are 2.5 hours long and run for six consecutive weeks. All classes listed here will be held at my Hertel Avenue location.
Additionally, I provide smaller group or private lessons at my home studio in Orchard Park, near Chestnut Ridge Park. Please email me for pricing on privet lesions.
All classes will be taught by Greg Link, the owner of Cone Five and an assistant . As a ceramic artist and business owner of a Studio and gallery for over 28 years, I brings 19 years of teaching experience to my instruction. Classes are two and a half hours long and run for six consecutive weeks.
The cost is $345.00, which includes all material and firing fees. Due to the class structure , I cannot offer make-up sessions. Please plan to attend all six weeks. Please contact me for private lessons.
I offer Open Studio access exclusively to advanced potters. Please contact me directly to discuss.
We welcome all from beginner to advanced level students. Our small (4 person) class size ensures that each student receives individual attention.
